Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Return Timeframe
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. engraved or bespoke jewellery)
- Goods which have been worn or used and are not in their original condition
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
