We offer complimentary worldwide shipping.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Christmas Cut Off

Australia-wide Delivery 

To ensure delivery before Christmas,  please place your order by  12pm on 22nd December.

International Delivery 

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by 12pm on 15th  December.

Same-day Sydney Metro Delivery

Orders must be placed by 12pm on Monday 23rd  December for same-day delivery.

In-store Pick Up

Available until  2pm Tuesday, 24th December.

 
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International only)
ALINKA Fine Jewellery is not responsible for any VAT, Customs, Duties and Taxes applied to your order.  These are imposed during or after shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our agreement with you comes into existence once we have confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Cancellation of the order once payment has been accepted is at the sole discretion of ALINKA Pty Ltd. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges noted below. 
 
Returns and Exchanges
ALINKA Fine Jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
The returned item must be new, unused and in its original intact packaging.
Please contact customercare@alinkajewellery.com to request an RMA number.
