We offer free worldwide shipping.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International only)
ALINKA is not responsible for any VAT, Customs, Duties and Taxes applied to your order. These are imposed during or after shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our agreement with you comes into existence once we have confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Cancellation of the order once payment has been accepted is at the sole discretion of ALINKA Pty Ltd. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges noted below.
Returns and Exchanges
ALINKA jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
The returned item must be new, unused and in its original intact packaging.
