Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes (international only)

ALINKA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Cancellation of order by you

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on +61 2 9327 2243. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges (below). 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

All sales are final. We do not refund due to 'change of mind'. You may return an item for exchange or store credit. Refunds will only be assessed on a case by case basis. 

 

You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery upon presentation of your original receipt. You must first confirm your return or exchange with our customer service team prior to returning your item quoting your order reference number (please refer to your order confirmation e-mail); the item's you are returning or cancelling; and the reason for return or exchange.

 

The item's being returned must be in a saleable condition. Once confirmed with our customer service team, item's can be returned to the below addresses.  All returns must be within 14 days of purchase for a credit note to the full purchase price amount.
