We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International only)
ALINKA is not responsible for any VAT, Customs, Duties and Taxes applied to your order. These are imposed during or after shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

ALINKA jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be new, unused and in its original intact packaging.

All ALINKA jewellery is made using high quality precious metals and precious stones. As each piece is unique and handmade using naturally occurring gems there can be slight variations in the jewellery and size and colour of stones, so no two pieces are identical. Some stones will also have natural inclusions. Inclusions are not flaws or defects and in many cases these are evidence that stones are not man-made.

Any ALINKA jewellery returned to us for assessment alleging a fault must be delivered to us at your expense and risk and with proof of purchase.
